Larger trunks, denser spacing, branches, distant power, lifts and restricted access change the quote. Counts refer to separate trees, not trunks on a multi-stem tree. No automatic bulk discount is assumed.

Trunk & Main Branches allows up to 12 feet of working height and 200 feet of light strands per tree. Feature Tree Canopy allows up to 15 feet of working height and 400 feet of strands, focused on selected accessible limbs rather than every twig. Taller trees and full mature canopies are custom projects. Tree circumference, branch count, spacing and access matter more than tree count alone. Wreath allowances assume accessible mounting up to 12 feet; special attachment hardware, lifts, freight, storage, taxes and electrical work are separate when required. Décor purchase or rental terms are specified in your proposal.

Proposed first-season starting budgets, not fixed bids. Starter scopes assume standard-access locations and available suitable power. Selected décor supply, design, installation, one scheduled display check, and scheduled removal are included in the agreed proposal. Sales tax, freight, lifts, specialist rigging, permits, electrical upgrades, storage, and additions are quoted separately when needed. Décor purchase or rental terms are specified in writing. Display concepts illustrate the direction; your quote defines the exact pieces.

We can develop a phased mall concept and proposal. Full-mall execution depends on confirmed inventory, staffing, access, specialist partners, management requirements and scheduling. Oversized tower trees, suspended décor and major Santa sets require a custom quote; they are not included in the smaller mall starter packages.
Mall Welcome focuses on two entrances and a compact floor-level photo vignette. Center Court Moment focuses on a modest central tree scene. Neither is an entire mall transformation. The Mall Destination program starts with a planning budget and is priced after a site review and supplier quotes.
Both can be quoted. New supply, rentals, customer-owned inventory and storage have different costs. The proposal identifies which pieces are purchased, rented or already owned and who stores them after removal.
Yes—choose classic holiday colors, champagne gold, icy silver and blue, Black Christmas or a custom brand palette. Custom fabrication and unusual product sourcing are quoted separately.
Ask for a seasonal calendar covering Valentine's Day, spring, patriotic displays, Halloween and Christmas. Each changeover, inventory purchase and storage requirement is itemized; there is no automatic subscription.
Start with a site review and written proposal. The agreed payment schedule and installation dates go into the contract. Availability is confirmed before booking. For large commercial programs, plan early so procurement and property approvals have enough time.
